£35,000K Full Time Equivalent – £14,200 actual

St Anthony of Padua Community Association is a registered charity and limited company with over 30 years’ experience providing a range of care services. We have 5 properties providing office and service delivery space as well as specialist accommodation.

The Role

Reporting to our Chief Executive, the Estates Manager will join the senior management team and will be responsible for the maintenance of all St Anthony of Padua Community Association buildings, ensuring these safe and adhere to relevant building regulations.

The Estates Manager will provide specialist knowledge and support to managers on a range of building / H&S requirements as well as manage the General Maintenance Caretaker.

Who are we looking for 

The successful applicant will have a relevant professional qualification e.g. MRICS and at least 2 years post qualification experience in a building surveyors’ position.

Applicants will have proven experience in managing all aspects of multi-site buildings which is underpinned with a working knowledge of building regulations and H&S requirements.
